Forward Step: The Learning Coalition was founded in 1997 by entrepreneur and producer Bibi Caspari as a non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation.

After participating in a think tank studying limitations in traditional educational systems and organizations, Ms. Caspari was inspired to create an organization that could make a positive impact on these problems.

Forward's Step's goals are:

•  To continuously develop and offer a line of high quality, innovative human development products and services which teach people how to tap their highest potential.

•  To be a leader in developing creative, effective, and progressive methods and media that make growth experiences accessible to all.
