| Too often people operate below their potential. This costs our economy in many ways. Some people "fall between the cracks" and get lost, not able to find a healthy path in life. Instead of becoming productive members of our society, they become a drain, ending up in prison or on welfare. Sometimes people lack the multi-dimensional skills that could lead to major improvements in their work, resulting instead in substandard performance and possibly significant errors in judgment. |

Forward Step is a non-profit, tax exempt, 501(c)(3) corporation that is dedicated to helping people take a forward step in their lives by creating an environment for learning that encourages the development of each individual's potential. Entrepreneur and producer Bibi Caspari founded it in 1997 to meet a need for innovative educational programs. Involved in a think tank studying the limitations of and problems in traditional forms of education and organizations, Ms. Caspari became inspired to create a non-profit corporation that could positively affect this situation. |
