Staff Development

We can help your staff move to the next level of effectiveness in working with clients, customers, students, or other staff members. Based on COMPASS® and going beyond the core curriculum, these workshops are customized to deal with a specific area of interest or concern. Building on the skills and experience of your staff, the training reinforces what they know and motivates them to further develop positive habits of thought and action.

Facilitator Training

Though COMPASS® is user-friendly to allow easy in-house implementation, for those who want coaching in the development of their presentation skills in order to maximize the value of the COMPASS® curriculum, we offer personal facilitation training.
