How You can Take a Forward Step Pay for Curriculum Costs: Handle the expense for the organization of your choice by making a tax-deductible donation to Forward Step to pay for the curriculum, thus donating the program to your chosen group. Or with our help, find a sponsor (corporation, civic group or individual) to cover the cost. Once the program is up and running, have the thrill and satisfaction of seeing it in action. And/or. Volunteer to be a Facilitator: Tight budgets have led to staffing problems. Want to see COMPASS® happen anyway? Offer to donate your time to facilitate the program at your chosen organization and experience the incredible joy of helping people create positive changes in their lives. We are available to answer questions and guide you in the process. And/or. Open a door: If you see the value of the COMPASS® program, and want to present the opportunity to those in leadership at your chosen organization, our staff and experienced volunteers can support you in various ways. We can guide you in creating the best approach. We can provide you with marketing materials. We can meet by phone or in person with you and/or the leadership of the organization.
